Domaine Emile & Rose

Anne-Laure & Marc ROYO took over this 17 ha vineyard Domaine Emile & Rose in 2018. The estate is named Émile and Rose in memory of the first names of the first owners and is made up of plots on small hillsides. The yield are generally low and the grape varieties grown are Carignan, Aramon, cinsault, grenache, etc. The farming is organic certified and they produce excellent micro-cuvées. Including the almost century-old white Carignan planted by the ancestors.

The harvest is manual, natural vinification and aging is done in barrels and in terracotta amphorae. The estate has been in Organic Farming since 2004 and since 2010, it has been worked according to the principles of Biodynamics.
