Mas de la Rime has 4,5 hectares vineyard located 10 km from Montpellier and 10 km from the sea. It is owned by Brita and Philippe Sala. The production is kept very low (between 13hl/ha to 30 hl/ha).

The biodynamic winery has drastically put down the use of sulphites if not unused, and produce only 2 different wines, one white and one red. The winery is located underground to keep a fresh environment and everything is harvested by hands. The total sulphites never get above 25mg/l.
