2020, Carrusin, Completo 1L: A blend of 12 different grapes from Piedmont but mainly on Barbera.
2020, Baptiste Bertrand, Sermezy Beaujolais: A Gamay with a bit more depth since it is semi carbonic and semi normal maceration. This wine feels quite fizzy in the mouth.
2019, Cantina Marco Merli, 0016 Rosso: The deepest of the six wines, however, Marco likes to keep the wines light and elegant. Mainly Sangiovese, but with a bit of Ciliegiolo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
2020, Domaine Charnay Beaujolais: Fresh and light Gamay done by cold carbonic maceration (at 12 degrees)
2018, Antonio Lopes Ribeiro, Vinho Tinto: A light red bordering rosé, the grape is Vinhao and is blended with a slight bit of white grape (Loureiro)
