David Landron started in January 2017 to make wine in Vallet. The most known city for Muscadet also called the Capital of Muscadet. David operates 6.5 hectares, mainly Melon de Bourgogne, in the Muscadet, Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, Vin de France appellation, and a little Folle Blanche in Vin de France.

David and his family combines both winemaking and farm. So the vines are intertwined with farmland where they produce vegetables and keep different farm animals.

The estate has been in organic conversion since 2017 and 2019 depending on the terroirs, composed of Granite, Schist and Limon. No herbicides or pesticides are used for the crop, except a little sulfur and copper, applied homeopathically to treat diseases. The harvest and sorting of the grapes are done manually before a delicate pressing. Regarding winemaking, it's the same philosophy, no input, apart from a little sulfur sometimes to accompany the wines in the search for their balance. The aging takes place in stainless steel, concrete, aerial and underground vats, on lees for a period of 6 to 14 months, in native yeasts of course.
