2021, Domaine Kleinknecht, Bulle à Jules: 50% Muscat and 50% Sylvaner. Fresh and floral Pet-Nat with no residual sugar, a tasty sparkling wine.

2020, Andrea Occhipinti, Alter Alea: 100% Aleatico. Fresh white made from red grapes. Hints of lychee and flowers, light bodied with a good lime acidity. Slightly pearling.

2019, Domaine Saint Cyr, Alien: 100% Aligoté. Yeasty and high acidity wine, a really interesting aligoté from beaujolais.
