Grapes purchased from organically cultivated vines in the Côteaux du Vendômois, Loire Valley.

The Gamay and Pineau d’Aunis are harvested manually and vinified separately with a spontaneous fermentation. There is a 7-day maceration of the Pineau d’Aunis, with 50% of destemmed grapes and 50% whole bunches. The Gamay undergoes an 18-day semi-carbonic maceration.

After blending, the wine ages in stainless steel before bottling. No fining, no filtration.

Notes of rose and white pepper on the nose, with juicy strawberry and raspberry on the palate. A light red wine that can be served and enjoyed slightly chilled.
