Equilibriste Blanc is Marc Soyard's free, more playful white wine from Domaine de la Cras just outside Dijon. The wine was created as a complement to the more parcel-focused wines and shows his idea of a balance between freshness, energy and craftsmanship. Here, work is done without cosmetic interventions in the cellar, allowing the natural expression of the grape and the vintage to stand out clearly. A wine that reflects Soyard's approach to Burgundy as living agriculture rather than style practice.
