Lulu is a pure expression of Gamay d'Auvergne, grown on approximately 80-year-old vines in Auvergne. The wine is vinified with spontaneous fermentation and long skin contact (150 days semi-carbonic) in amphora and matured for 12 months in neutral oak barrels – unfiltered and without added sulfur, created with maximum respect for terroir and nature.
