Limone is the Tripoz family’s contribution to Burgundy’s Aligoté tradition — produced biodynamically with deep respect for soil and environment. Everything is done with minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, and no added SO₂. The wine is crafted to preserve the grape’s raw, mineral-driven character — a simple, pure, terroir-focused Aligoté.
