La Plante is Claire Naudin’s take on a classic Bourgogne Rouge, made from hand-harvested, whole bunches that are spontaneously fermented in concrete tanks with minimal extraction before early pressing. She follows her sustainable approach closely – with no sulphur, unfiltered and with malolactic fermentation, resulting in an elegant, mineral Pinot with terroir and lightness.
