2023, Moque Souris Blanc

From a single plot of just under one hectare, Bruno Rochard creates this concentrated and elegant Chenin Blanc. The wine is spontaneously fermented and aged in demi-muids, giving a deep and mineral expression of the chalky soil of Anjou. “Moque-Souris” means “spot mouse” – a touch of humor in a wine that otherwise shows great seriousness and precision in the field.
