Les Feuillettes is Bruno Rochard's fresh and youthful version of Chenin Blanc - a study in purity and energy. The wine comes from younger vines on sandy and clay soils and is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks to preserve the grape's natural acidity and life. A modern and light-hearted interpretation of Anjou made with Rochard's characteristic respect for nature.
