2023, Chibu Tinto

Chibu is a playful and light red wine from Casa de Mouraz, made from a field blend of around 20 local grape varieties, including around 20% whites, from old vines in the Dão region. The wine is spontaneously fermented without additions, aged briefly in steel tanks and bottled unfiltered with minimal intervention – a juicy, rustic and unmanipulated interpretation of the biodynamic terroir in the heights around Mouraz.
