2023, Pita Night Tinto

Pita Nat Tinto is a pet-nat made from a field blend of traditional Dão grapes from biodynamically cultivated fields at an altitude of up to 400 meters. The wine is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks and bottled early as pétillant naturel – without fining, filtering or adding sulfur.
