Saumur Blanc 2023 from Domaine Guibertea made from pure Chenin Blanc from the renowned Brézé terroir in Saumur. Produced organically with whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation, and matured for 7-10 months on the lees in steel tanks and foudres. The result is a mineral-filled, nervous and refreshing white wine with the terroir's slate and lime structure clear in the glass.
