2023 Rkatsiteli

This wine is a classic Georgian qvevri expression of Rkatsiteli, made by Okro’s Wines in Kakheti – the heart of Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition. The grapes are fermented and macerated in buried clay vessels (qvevri), giving the wine its characteristic structure and depth. Okro’s uses traditional methods, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal intervention to preserve the authenticity of the grape and terroir.
