2021, Emilien

Emilien is Château Le Puy's historic cuvée, created from a family tradition of over 400 years. The wine ferments spontaneously in open concrete vats with submerged jacket and matures in large foudres and secondary oak barrels, in line with their biodynamic, low-intervention philosophy.
