10 year old Tawny

Quinta do Infantado's 10 Year Old Tawny is made using the same traditional method as their 20 Year Old: the wine is matured all the way on the quinta in small and medium-sized casks, giving it a more vinous and less sweet style than many classic tawnys. For generations, Infantado has worked with lower residual sugar, longer fermentation and minimal filtration — an approach that gives tawnys with a clear Douro identity and a more authentic expression of oxidative ageing.
