Sour ale, En Grande Pompe

A Grande Pompe from Brasserie du Mont Salève is a creative sour ale brewed as a mixed-fermentation expression with both young and old beer blended with whole grapes from Domaine de La Sorga during fermentation — an approach that makes it an aux raisins bier with both acidity and complexity in focus. The beer is also houblonnée à cru with Hallertau Blanc hops, contributing to its vibrant and aromatic profile, and it stands as an experimental meeting between traditional beer and wine processes
