Summertime – Le Temps Est Bon is Domaine Bobinet's sparkling Chenin Blanc from the Loire, made as a fresh and immediate summer wine. Sébastien Bobinet made his first vintage in 2002 after inheriting old vines from his grandfather in Saumur, and together with Eméline Calvez, he has developed the estate in a lively natural wine direction. The wine is part of their more playful “Summertime” series and showcases Chenin Blanc in a light, sparkling, and approachable style.
