Zinzinu is Nicolas Mariotti Bindi's fresh white liter bottle from Corsica, made from 100% Vermentinu grown on limestone and clay soils around Patrimonio. The name is linked to the sea urchin season, which the wine is created to accompany: Vermentinu harvested at low ripeness, short skin contact and vinification in steel produce a light, saline and lively white wine with a distinct Mediterranean character.
