Vino Frizzante

On the hills behind Vittorio Veneto, Col Tamarie makes a lively and rustic frizzante in the classic Col Fondo style. The wine is made from local white grapes from the area — including Glera, Verdiso, Bianchetta, Perera and Grapariol — and ferments further in the bottle, where the lees add extra texture, freshness and character. It is Veneto bubbles in the old, natural style: lightly sparkling, cloudy, dry and fruity with citrus, green apples, floral notes and a saline, mineral bite.
