2021, Barbaresco Mondino

Mondino comes from the historic Balluri parcel on the Barbaresco hill in Neive, where Piero Busso’s father planted Nebbiolo vines as early as 1948. The wine is vinified through a long, cool spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and matured patiently, resulting in an elegant, terroir-driven Barbaresco.
