2021, Persanne

Persanne is a rare cuvée made from 100% Persan – an almost forgotten grape from the alpine regions around Savoie and Isère. Working with spontaneous fermentation and aging without intervention, François Grinand brings an almost disappeared variety back to the light with this wine.
