Myosotis Arvensis embodies Claire Naudin’s belief in natural winemaking in the hills above the Côte de Nuits — a Pinot Noir crafted with respect for soil, climate, and ageing vines. Sourced from slopes of limestone-rich earth and old vineyards, the grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented as whole clusters without artificial intervention. After fermentation, the wine is aged sur lie in barriques (with only a small proportion of new oak) and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. It is a wine shaped by patience, low intervention, and a deep focus on terroir and authenticity.
