Cuvée Julia kommer fra parcellen Les Noirats i det nordlige Bourgogne, hvor Pinot Noir dyrkes på kalk- og lerholdig jord med Kimmeridgien-mergel i undergrunden. Parcellen er sydøstvendt, 1,5 ha stor og plantet for omkring 20 år siden, hvilket giver et yngre og mere direkte udtryk af Céline Cotés arbejde i Tonnerrois. Vinen er vinificeret og lagret i beton, så fokus holdes på druen, parcellen og det kølige terroir frem for fad.
