2023, Red Balancer

Equilibriste Rouge comes from Marc Soyard's Domaine de la Cras just outside Dijon, where he works organically and with a low-intervention approach to natural wine philosophy. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir from old vines in the Coteaux de Dijon with whole bunches and semi-carbonic fermentation, giving it a clean, fruity and elegant profile. It is produced without added sulfur and without filtration, an expression of Soyard's uncompromising approach to terroir and natural vinification in Burgundy.
