2023, Nina Tinto

Nina Tinto is a lively and characterful red wine from Casa de Mouraz, made from a field blend of around 20 local grape varieties, fermented half red and half white together in lager with foot wire. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation, rests briefly in stainless steel tanks and is bottled unfiltered – an elegant and rustic interpretation of the old vines of Dão.
