Here, Catarratto from Alcamo meets Carricante and Grecanico d’Orato from Etna, creating a wine with Mediterranean fruit, volcanic nerve, and a fresh, mineral edge. Frank Cornelissen is one of Sicily’s most distinctive natural wine producers, and Susucaru Bianco showcases the more open and approachable side of his work—vibrant, Sicilian, and with a pronounced sense of terroir.
