Classic Wine Selection
2022, Crémant Blanc de Blancs – Domaine de la Verpaille
A dry, fruity and lightly creamy Crémant from Burgundy made from Chardonnay. Farmed organically and produced in a classic style, the wine offers fine bubbles, fresh acidity and notes of citrus, green apple and brioche. An elegant and approachable sparkling wine that appeals to almost everyone — perfect as an aperitif or alongside lighter dishes.
2025, Vom Schiefer Riesling Trocken – Weingut Carlo Schmitt
A crisp and energetic Riesling from one of our newest producers, Weingut Carlo Schmitt, led by the young winemaker Carlo Schmitt in Leiwen, Mosel. The grapes come from flatter slate-rich vineyards, resulting in a slightly softer and more approachable expression. Dry in style yet with generous fruit, showing notes of citrus, green apple and wet stone. A classic Mosel Riesling full of freshness and drinkability.
2023, Bourgogne Pinot Noir – Céline Coté Vigneronne
A biodynamic Pinot Noir from Tonnerrois, east of Chablis. The wine has a lean, fresh and elegant profile with soft tannins and delicate notes of red berries, herbs and subtle spice. Céline Coté works most of her vineyards with horses due to the narrow and difficult-to-access rows, allowing for gentler soil management and highlighting her artisanal approach to winemaking.
