2023, Robert – Domaine Saint Cyr
An incredibly light and juicy Gamay from Raphaël Saint-Cyr in Beaujolais. The wine is made using cold carbonic maceration at only 9°C, resulting in a very slow and gentle alcoholic fermentation. The outcome is a delicate and transparent wine filled with energy, freshness and vibrant fruit despite its pale color. Notes of red berries, violet and subtle spice make it both lively and dangerously drinkable.

2025, Archi Rosso – Azienda Agricola Greco Mirone
A medium-fruited red wine with fresh acidity made from the classic Etna grapes Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese. The vines are planted at the foot of Mount Etna close to the sea, where volcanic soils meet cool maritime influences. This creates an elegant and juicy wine with red berry notes, gentle spice and fine minerality. A Sicilian expression balancing warmth and freshness beautifully.

2025, Vin de Pétanque – Mas de Libian
A fresh and charming southern French red wine made primarily from Grenache. Light, juicy and incredibly easy to drink, with soft tannins and plenty of vibrant fruit. The style is reminiscent of the lighter and more summery wines of Beaujolais, yet with a southern French touch of herbs and ripe fruit. Made completely without intervention, the wine focuses on purity, energy and pure drinkability.
