2023, Feu Follet, Terres d'Imaginaire: A fresh, elegant yet intense Chenin from Anjou in the Loire. Mathilde has made wine with Sylvain Pataille in Burgundy, and you can taste it. The wine has a lovely salty minerality along with plenty of body.

2023, Welschriesling, Clemens Krutzler: Clemens is the son of the Krutzler family and, despite his young age, has been allowed to work with a selection of the family’s vineyards. His style is lean and elegant, yet he also wants his wines to have good concentration. Welschriesling is an old Central European variety, less aromatic than Riesling and often tighter in expression.
