2022, Dobre Modre, Winnica Kamil Barczentewicz: A fresh, relatively light yet spicy wine made from the Central European grape variety Blaufränkisch. The wine comes from the southern part of Poland, where many exciting things have been happening in wine over the past few years. We look forward to following Kamil’s project for many years to come.

2023, Blaufränkisch, Clemens Krutzler: A structured red wine made from the same grape as Dobre Modre, but from Burgenland in Austria. This wine has more depth than the one above and is very reminiscent of a Pinot Noir.

2024, Rouge, Domaine Clos de l’Epinay: A fresh yet full-bodied red wine from Vouvray in the Loire. Due to a low but high-quality harvest in 2024, Antoine and Henri had to blend all their red grapes in the same barrels to fill them. Fortunately, the result is a fantastic wine made from Grolleau, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Côt.
