Grown in Savoie, Altesse produces highly aromatic wines, mainly dry or sparkling whites.

Altesse is a very fragile grape variety, which can suffer from a number of diseases, such as grey rot caused by a fungus around harvest time. Distinguishable by its small to medium-sized bunches and brightly-coloured young leaves, Altesse is a noble grape variety with a strong perfume, delivering fruity aromas of pineapple and lemon, with hints of almond and honey.
