Organic Natural Cider

This Poiré was fermented by the indigenous yeasts of the fruits in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The bottles were stirred and disgorged without the addition of liqueur or sulfur, after a minimum of 12 months of aging.

This gourmet demi-sec on sweet-tart pear (around 40gr residual) brings primary flavors of marked pear, supported by some notes of elderberry.
