So now you will think, what are they talking about at Vintro. We are talking about the perfect summer wine, the Rouzé. This lovely sweet-spot where sometimes rosé miss some complexity, and red is too full when the temperature is above 25 degrees.
This unofficial category is a mix of tasty rosé, light reds, or mix of white and red (yes!) and we wanted to put these wines all together under the same name. We are in recent years found several wines in this new style which does not really fit under red or rosé, but we must admit we quite like them.
