Guido only harvests 3-5ha of the best grapes from his 17ha vineyards. The rest is sold to the corporate, in order to ensure that he can keep the wines safe and perfectly conditioned in his cellar, until they are ready.
This cuvee spends 4 years in barrique before it rests 10 years in the bottle.
Old natural wine/naturvin kept in perfect conditions.
