Domaine Bonnet Huteau

France · Loire · Muscadet

Domaine Bonnet Huteau has 40 hectares of vines in the western part of Loire valley, the vines are growing and treated biodynamically. The appellation where Jean-Jacques and Rémi are making wines is Muscadet, an underrated appellation that makes fresh wines and the wine from Bonnet huteau are perfect examples of to fall in love with the grape Melon de Bourgogne.

The domain produces some historical grapes from that region such as Folle blanche, Melon de Bourgone etc. Jean-Marc puts hard work into the wines and do not add sulphites in the wine give to the grape all the potential to express the themselves.
