2022, Lunatico, Biologica Stellino: Sicilian white as we like it - Notes of exotic fruit but yet still crispy like pomelo and acidic with great minerality. 

2021, Fleur d'or, Domaine Kleinknecht: Slightly pearly feeling, crispy, mineral and fresh with notes of underripe apples and white flowers. Bottled with residual yeast, hence cloudy.
